Multifamily developer sells transformed communities in Clearwater and Casselberry, FL
The RADCO Companies (RADCO), one of the nation’s leading opportunistic real estate developers, announced the sale of Radius Winter Park, a 336-unit apartment complex in Casselberry, FL and Ashford at Feather Sound, a 276-unit community in Clearwater, FL to American Landmark. CBRE brokered the transaction.
These transactions mark the 64th and 65thsuccessful property sales for RADCO during this real estate cycle with total sales of just under $2 billion.
