After a 3 year run with Fortune International Group leading development sales of Brickell Flatiron and 57 Ocean, Carolina Rainer returns to Douglas Elliman where she previously served as Director of Sales at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach in 2015.

Native from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Carolina Rainer moved to Miami in 2000 and was involved in real estate development sales since she arrived in South Florida.

Rainer, brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting her career in 2001 at The Bentley Beach Condo Hotel in Miami Beach, since then she has represented the most prestigious developers in South Florida including Sieger Suarez, PMG, Trump, Richard LeFrak, Ugo Colombo and Jose Issac Peres. Rainer has sold over $1 billion dollars in real estate development & residential luxury sales. In 2017 Rainer sold over $110MM luxury condo residences for Ugo Colombo’s pre construction development, Brickell Flatiron. Soon after in 2018, Rainer was transferred to launch and manage the sales and marketing at 57 Ocean, a $300M boutique new development by Jose Isaac Peres where she has sold over $50MM including a $10.9MM full floor penthouse where she represented the developer in the transaction, Dina Goldentayer Panchernikov and Ilya Panchernikov of Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.

Rainer will be based out of Douglas Elliman’s Bay Harbor office as a Director of Luxury Sales where she will focus on residential sales, promoting new luxury developments locally and internationally, while continuing to represent buyers and sellers in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic.

Rainer holds a license in Florida, New York and the Dominican Republic.
