Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse law firm, has expanded its Jacksonville presence with the addition of Nikki E. Hawkins. She joins the firm as a Partner, focusing on the defense of first party matters to include the defense of property insurance matters and third party litigation defense.

Hawkins represents insureds, self-insureds, individuals, domestic and public companies in a wide range of complex defense matters including liability and property and casualty matters. She also has extensive experience handling first and third party claims such as motor vehicle accidents, coverage issues, PIP claims, premises liability, trucking and transportation issues, municipality, and claims involving injury and wrongful death. Hawkins has the skills necessary to assist her clients in investigations of fraud, coverage investigations and to conduct Examinations Under Oath. Her commitment to excellence furthers the firm’s tradition of exceptional client service.

After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, Hawkins worked within the insurance industry for more than two decades and spent 18 years as a claims specialist and medical fraud investigator with a Fortune 500 insurer. She received her juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Hawkins is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Additionally, she is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.

She resides in the Jacksonville area with her husband, five children and five grandchildren.

This expansion of the Jacksonville office is part of Kelley Kronenberg’s recent, and substantial, firm-wide growth. After adding new office locations in Daytona and Naples earlier this year, along with new practice areas, the firm now has 350 employees, including more than 160 lawyers.
