Ryan Soames Engineering is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Miami, Florida, located at 350 Lincoln Road. The office signals Ryan Soames’ continued efforts to serve clients in the Southeast, as well as the New York City area. The expansion will empower the firm to connect its building initiatives along the East Coast from Florida to New York where the firm already has extensive experience and continue to deliver on complex projects with its industry-leading services.

“Our new Miami office represents a strategic plan to continue to support our clients and projects on the East Coast, as well as in the Caribbean,” said Paul Soames, Principal, Ryan Soames. “One of our valued clients made the space available to us and, especially with the ocean just a few blocks away, we are excited to start operations in this strategic Miami Beach location.”

The Miami team will be led by Bryan Cotton, Principal, who brings more than 30 years of experience with large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, as well as media, TV, banking, legal and business critical systemsfitouts. Ryan Soames recently completed the due diligence and feasibility study for a new 12,000 SFrestaurant in Miami’s Brickell area.
