The asset sold for $3,500,000.

Olson and Benedict Gutierrez, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Centrum Realty and Development LLC. The buyer, a Boca Raton based private investor, was represented by Camile Gulisano-Palaez of Summit Realty

“This was a very rare opportunity to own a newer construction strip center east of Federal Highway on Hillsboro Blvd. The property has excellent visibility, parking and access.” said Kristol. “We were able to generate multiple offers and the property ended up selling over the original list price.”

Hillsboro Marketplace is located at 1061-1069 E Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, FL. The strip is 100 percent occupied with a Jersey Mike’s franchise, a corporate Sherwin Williams paint outlet and a local nail salon.
