Following on the heels of their successful ground up Popeye’s restaurant in Homestead,Vercetti Enterprises is bringing the franchise’s first locationto 8th street.The extensive remodel will be a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing location and will feature a new roof, building and site lighting, impact windows, flooring, and new electrical, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure.
This particular corridor of US-41 see’s over 50,000 vehicles per day and will be a much-welcomed addition to the area which features restaurants such as Arby’s, Wendy’s, McDonalds, and Dunkin Donuts. With the recent closing of the existing Burger King location, this conversion will allow Popeye’s to continue expanding its foothold in the South Florida market.This would also mark Sun Holding’s first project of the new year in Miami.
