Fore Property Company (Fore) is pleased to welcome Chase Pattillo, CCIM as a Vice President and head of Fore’s new Tampa office. In this role, Mr. Pattillo will be leading the charge in sourcing and managing new multifamily development sites within the broader Tampa Bay region. He will be supported by Fore’s national construction, property management and development resources.

Mr. Pattillo brings over 20 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience to Fore including 16 years in senior leadership roles. Mr. Pattillo most recently served as a Managing Director at CBRE’s Tampa office where he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate advisory business. In this role, he managed 30 brokers and a large support staff that produced approximately $25 million per year in revenue across multifamily, office, industrial, retail and land sales as well as leasing, financing, appraisal asset management. He has recently served on several boards including NAIOP, REIC, CCIM and the Tampa Economic Development Council. Chase graduated from Florida State University with a degree in real estate and holds his real estate license as well as a CCIM designation.

Mr. Pattillo’s experience throughout multiple facets of the real estate development, advisory and capital markets sectors ensures that Fore will have an exceptionally talented and experienced presence in the Tampa/ St. Petersburg and Southwest Florida markets.
