The asset sold for $5,365,000.
Paul Bouldin, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
Dyplast Products, LLC manufactures and markets polyisocyanurate and expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam products for insulation applications in low and mid-temperature conditions in the United States. It offers unfaced polyisocyanurate products in the forms of bun stock, sheets, blocks, and chunks for commercial and industrial refrigeration, pipe, equipment, and tanks.
