One Real Estate Investment is pleased to announce that Alexander J. Rose has joined the company as Chief Investment Officer.

Rose has 13 years of experience working in institutional real estate investment management and has been involved in more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions. This includes his most recent work at Capitas in Los Angeles and Dubai where he led the acquisitions team and managed 11 investments totaling more than $700 million of U.S. real estate transactions primarily located in the Texas and southwest U.S. markets.

Prior to that, he was with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on the capital markets team.

A native of Seattle, Washington, Rose has an MBA from the University of Cambridge in England and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in real estate finance, from the University of Southern California. He also has a LEED Green Associate credential.
