Brigette Garcia, Jorge A. Machare and Lilian A. Ruiz Barrera

Boasting 20 years of real estate experience, Steven Stelian Albu previously worked for 12 years as a general manager for The Monroe Apartments in Hollywood, Fla. Albu was formerly president and owner of The Palmiers LLC -- a rental apartment company serving the South Florida area. Born in Romania, he has lived in Florida for 28 years and is fluent in both Italian and Romanian.

Originally from Venezuela, Lilian A. Ruiz Barrera worked as a real estate sales associate for Island and Resort Realty Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Caracas-Venezuela Metropolitan University and also obtained an associate’s degree in marketing and advertising. Barrera is a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and has certificates in e-Pro and GRI. She has lived in Florida for the last five years.

Prior to joining EWM, Brigette Garcia worked as a realtor for Vera Realty in Hallandale.A native of Miami Beach, Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida. She is an active member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Jorge A. Machare currently owns and manages MAC Appraisal Services, Inc. -- an appraisal and investor consulting company in Hollywood, Fla. Machare, who brings 17 years of real estate experience to EWM, received a Master of Business Administration, Management, and Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in energy management from University of Lima in Lima, Peru. A Certified General Appraiser, he has lived in Florida for 18 years.
