Sigurdsson will be based out of the brokerage’s Coconut Grove office

Douglas Elliman is pleased to announce that Bragi Sigurdsson has joined the brokerage’s Coconut Grove office as Senior Director of Luxury Sales. Sigurdsson joins Douglas Elliman from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was recognized with the Top Producer Circle award for the past three consecutive years. He joins the firm with a portfolio of more than $80 million in his pipeline, which are planned to close within the next 12 months.

Specializing in the Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and Edgewater neighborhoods, Sigurdsson brings more than 17 years of South Florida real estate industry experience to Douglas Elliman.Prior to his tenure at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Sigurdsson was the founder and owner of Sigurdsson Schecter Real Estate.A native of Iceland, he is fluent in both English and Icelandic.
