Canvas Condominium In Miami Clinches NY Registration With Project On-Target For Q1 2018 Completion

Amenity-rich building will anchor the evolving Arts + Entertainment District

Emerging as the anchor of the transformative Arts + Entertainment District, just north of downtown Miami, the soon-to-be-completed CANVAS condominium tower is on track for completion in less than one year, with its topping off slated for this August. Now, the project’s developers are homing-in on Manhattan for the final stretch of their sales efforts.

NR Investments -- led by Ron Gottesmann and Nir Shoshani, the visionaries behind the creation of the Arts + Entertainment District -- has announced the securement of registration to market and sell the project’s remaining units in New York through exclusive broker Fortune International Realty.

It is a key step for the developers, who have noted that a significant percentage of the project’s domestic buyers are from New York.

“In this project, specifically, New Yorkers truly appreciate the ‘urban village’ we have created here, coupled with its prime ingress and egress, seemingly endless list of amenities and considerable value,” said Nir Shoshani, Principal of NR Investments. “The overarching synergies between the Miami and New York markets continue to strengthen.”

Rising 37 stories, the tower, nearly halfway complete, is already being touted as a standout on the horizon…one presenting prospective investors with a lucrative opportunity. Prices for residences in the art and design-inspired dwelling range from $300,000 to $580,000, with sizes encompassing 620 sq. ft. to 1,110 sq. ft.

“We know that buyers are drawn to CANVAS for its central location in one of Miami’s most vibrant, burgeoning districts – an enclave flanked by cultural landmarks, such as the Adrienne Arsht Center, Pérez Art Museum Miami and Wynwood Walls,” said Ron Gottesmann, Principal of NR Investments.

“When you pair that level of accessibility with well-appointed and expansive living spaces that are attainable at such price-points, savvy buyers recognize that this is a one-time chance to get in on the ground floor,” added Walter DeFortuna, Chairman, Fortune International Realty. “And while the pace of both construction and sales has been healthy, an array of offerings remains available. From varying floor plans, levels, views and price-points, buyers still have a host of unique options to choose from.”

Located at the crossroads of two of Miami’s most dynamic, creative neighborhoods -- Wynwood and the Arts + Entertainment District – CANVAS boasts a modern design with artist-crafted interiors and views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, the City skyline, and exceptional, unobstructed sunset views. Featuring one- and two-bedroom units as well as studio apartments, CANVAS offers a “bohemian luxe” lifestyle immersed in the local art scene and surrounded by gourmet restaurants, speakeasy-inspired bars and world-class performance venues. Amenities include sunrise and sunset pool decks, a serene indoor/outdoor yoga garden, a state-of-the-art gym, a glass-enclosed racquetball court, Zen spa/sauna treatment rooms, and a multimedia screening and theater facility. A Metromover stop is steps from the project, as are recreational facilities and major thoroughfares, including I-95, I-395 and I-195.

The Arts + Entertainment District – virtually a wide-scale forum for high-quality art installations, music and events programming -- was specifically created by Gottesmann and Shoshani to capitalize on the area’s need for “cultural infrastructure,” all while bridging the gaps between neighboring districts. Bordered by 10th and 19th streets on the north and south, with Biscayne Boulevard to the east and NW 2nd Avenue to the west, the district’s composition has been carefully plotted…a layout that makes full use of public transit, as well as mixed-use retail and high-density zoning. Gottesmann and Shoshani initially set out to create the Arts + Entertainment District and foster its growth as a long-term investment. With its foundation in place, they then widened their focus to the area’s residential components -- with the flagship being CANVAS -- essentially ensuring that the sense of community within the Arts + Entertainment District was not only established, but furthered by its residents and subsequent offerings.

Sales at CANVAS are being brokered by Fortune International Realty. For more information, contact CANVAS Sales Director Jessika Gomez at (786) 355-7504 orjessikagrealtor@gmail.com or visit http://www.canvascondos.com.
