A 13,571-square-foot mansion, located at 8950 Arvida Drive, in Coral Gables, sold this week for $12.5 million. The estate was developed by Mocca Construction and designed by architect, Cesar Molina, of CMA Design Studio Inc. The land was originally acquired by Mocca Construction in 2011 for $2.55 million. One Sotheby’s represented Mocca Construction for the sale of the estate.
