Tampa-Based Five Guys Parent TCH Restaurant Group Cooks Up $1.5M - cbl

TAMPA -- TCH Restaurant Group Inc. has closed on its $1.5 million debt financing round, according to an SEC filing.
The Tampa-based restaurant franchisee was founded in 2008 and operates Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
TCH's initial management team included former Tampa mayor Dick Greco, former Jabil Circuit Inc. CFO Chris Lewis and former Tampa Bay Storm owner Bob Gries, who later had his stake bought out.
In January of this year, TCH raised $1.52 million in mixed offerings, according to a previous SEC filing. The company's revenue topped $15 million last year.
The sole principal named in the Reg D filing is CEO and President Robert Dorfman.
