Florida First Capital Names Ron Mirenda Tampa/St. Pete Area VP & Business Development Officer
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida First Capital Finance Corporation (FFCFC) today announced that Ron Mirenda has joined the company as a vice president and business development officer for the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
In his new position, Mirenda will be responsible for assisting small businesses and lenders with the FFCFC/Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loan Program, which provides up to 90% commercial real estate financing at below market, fixed interest rates and long amortization terms on projects from $125,000 to $20 million. He will be responsible for Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties.
Mirenda has a degree in Business Economics from Brown University. He also is a State of Florida certified general appraiser and licensed real estate agent. Prior to joining FFCFC, Mirenda served as Executive Vice President of The Dohring Group, a commercial appraisal, brokerage and development services group in Tampa. He also brings a wealth of financial experience and is well versed in SBA lending having worked as a commercial lender for Colonial Bank and Banco Popular.
