Fort Lauderdale’s Atlee Road Realty, Promoted by George Morgan Jr., Closes on $1.5M - cbl

FORT LAUDERDALE -- Atlee Road Realty LLC has completed its $1.54 million equity offering, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based commercial real estate company, started in 2008, sold shares to 12 investors, each placing a minimum of $50,000.
Principals named in the filing are executive officers and directors George Morgan III, of Charlotte, N.C., and George Morgan Jr., of Fort Lauderdale.
