This recertification is valid for an additional five years, and is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar, which recognizes Mr. Frankel's special knowledge, skills and proficiency in the area of Civil Trial Law. He is also "AV" rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review.
He heads up the firm's litigation practice group and has represented numerous community associations and real estate clients before administrative, trial court and appellate panels across the state. Mr. Frankel graduated from Emory College with a B.A. summa cum laude, and received his juris doctor with honors from the University Of Florida College Of Law.
