740,780 & 800 Carillon within the 432-acre Carillon Park in St. Petersburg have sold for $41.5 million.

Totaling 312,543 square feet, all three buildings are Class A, multi-story suburban office buildings.  740 and 780 Carillon, 75,187 sf and 74,001 sf respectively, were built in 1991 and 800 Carillon, 163,355 sf, was built in 1987.      

Mike Davis, Executive Director, Rick Brugge, CCIM, Associate Director and Michael Lerner, Senior Director of C&W’s Southeast Capital Markets Group negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, TA Associates Realty.  The buyer is Cardinal Point Management.
