Blanca Commercial Real Estate to Lease Miami’s Courthouse Tower, 8200 Doral
Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the leasing agent for two office buildings in Miami-Dade County:
- the 101,144 square foot 8200 Doral building and
- the 161,905 square foot Courthouse Tower.
8200 Doral (formerly Royal Palm Doral Center III) is a four story office building at 8200 NW 41st Street. Courthouse Tower is a 25-story office building located at 44 West Flagler Street, directly across from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse in downtown Miami.
The new assignments grow Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s office leasing portfolio to 2.5 million rentable square feet.
Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz will spearhead leasing and marketing for both properties, alongside Executive Vice President Danet Linares at Courthouse Tower.
8200 Doral offers unobstructed views of the Greg Norman-designed White Course at the Doral Resort & Spa, with signage opportunities available. The building was recently awarded LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and has earned the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® rating. Tenants have 24-hour building access via a secure access system, an on-site maintenance engineer, and parking. Tenants include Cisco Systems, Data Corp, Ciena Corp., and State Farm Insurance. The building is owned by Royal Palm Building, LLC which fully paid off the asset’s remaining $16 million loan in 2010.
Courthouse Tower is located in Miami’s Central Business District, offering direct access to several public transit systems, including the Metrorail, Metromover, Metrobus and the Miami Trolley systems. The recently-renovated building is within walking distance to more than 50 restaurant and retail establishments and provides panoramic views of the Downtown Miami skyline. Amenities include a Sabadell United Bank branch of the first floor, surrounding parking, and 24-hour on-site security, management and maintenance. Major tenants include City Year Miami, and law firms Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A. and Adams & Diaco, P.A.
