The asset sold for $13,400,000.

1150 Hancock Creek South Boulevard in Cape Coral, FL. The property is a 168- unit affordable LIHTC community situated just south of Pine Island Road between Cleveland Avenue (SR 41) and Del Prado Boulevard.

“Crossings at Cape Coral offered the opportunity to acquire a well-maintained, stabilized community with strong occupancy,” continues Kristol.

Kristol had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, and represented the buyer, a private investor.
