SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG) exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Riverside Retail Shoppes, a 10,493-square-foot retail strip center, in Oviedo, Fla. The center is situated on 1.46 acres of land and is 89 percent occupied. Riverside Retail Shoppes is located at 945 County Road 419 with a traffic count exceeding 28,000 vehicles daily. The center is positioned near the intersection of County Road 419 and Reed Avenue, which is a highly affluent Orlando sub-market. The seller, Pine County Road Holdings, LLC, sold the property for $1.4 million on December 30, 2017 to Dunedin Ventures LLC, a private investment group.
