Williams Sonoma at Gulfstream Park is offering a variety of in-store events in the New Year! The classes range from technique classes, such as Ludo’s Knife Skills Workshop, to junior chef classes, such as the American Girl Mini Fondue Party. Several classes have limited space, call store to reserve a spot. For a full list of events, please see below.

Technique Classes

• Ludo’s Knife Skills Workshop: Sunday, Jan. 21 from noon-1 p.m.

• Learn Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s tips and tricks for chopping, slicing and dicing like a pro. Then, you’ll create one of his favorite recipes. (Class taught by a Williams Sonoma Culinary Specialist)

• Woks for Dinner: Sunday, Jan. 28 from noon-1 p.m.

• $30 per person, includes a wok
• Learn new recipes you can cook in a wok at home

Junior Chef Classes

• Around the World with American Girl: Saturday, Jan. 20 at noon

• $30 per child includes a copy of Around the World with American Girl
• Learn how to make some amazing global dishes like Veggie Sushi Hand Rolls and German Black Forest Cake

• American Girl Mini Fondue Party: Saturday, Feb. 3 at noon

• $30 per child, includes a mini fondue set
• Learn how to make chocolate fondue

• Valentine’s Day Baking: Saturday, Feb. 10 at noon

• Ages 5-13
• Learn how to make Valentine’s Day desserts and enjoy heart-shaped creations

Cookbook Club

• Held every month

• Cooking tips and techniques and a three-course tasting menu prepared while you watch

• January Cookbook Club: Bobby Flay’s FIT on Wednesday, Jan. 10 from 6-8 p.m.

• $60 per person, includes cookbook, a cooking demonstration with tasting of prepared recipes
  • Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup, Mustard-Marinated Kale Salad, Caramelized Onion and Spicy Chickpeas

• February Cookbook Club: Instant Pot on Wednesday, Feb. 7 from 6-8 p.m.

• $30 per person, includes new Instant Pot cookbook, a cooking demonstration with tasting of prepared recipes
  • Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Spicy Breadcrumbs and a Waldorf
    Chicken Salad
