Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Hollan (Holly) M. Fintel and Scott A. Griffith have joined the firm’s Tampa office.

Fintel, who joins as a Partner, focuses her practice on creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insurance subrogation. She handles matters related to asset recovery, property levies and seizures, replevins, state/federal forfeitures, probate claims, injunctions, garnishments and judgment collections.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Fintel gained valuable experience serving as Supervising Attorney for a foreclosure and bankruptcy firm where she handled mediations, conciliations and trials involving all aspects of bankruptcy and real estate litigation. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association as well as the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

Fintel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations and Comparative Politics from the University of Central Florida. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she ranked in the top 14% of her graduating class. During law school, Fintel also served as a Legal Intern in the Miami Dolphins’ Legal Department. She is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Griffith, who joins as an Attorney, assists in handling matters related to Mortgage Banking and Lending Services, primarily involving mortgage foreclosure litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Griffith worked as a Litigation Trial Attorney for a Creditor’s Rights firm. He has experience handling highly contested foreclosure trials in almost every county in Florida and has represented major lending institutions against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

Griffith earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Mass Media Studies and Psychology from Florida State University. He received a Master of Business Administration Degree and his Juris Doctor Degree simultaneously from Stetson University through a dual degree program. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
