About The Fastrack Institute
The Fastrack Institute (FTI) is a not-for-profit foundation founded by Salim Ismail, Rodrigo Arboleda and Maurice Ferré. FTI aims to solve urban problems 10 times faster and 10 times cheaper than currently existing solutions through an exhaustive 16-week process framework called a Fastrack. The Fastrack framework begins with identifying an urban problem and inviting topic experts to come up with integrated solutions to solve it. The best solutions are then chosen and implemented citywide, with the ultimate goal of scaling this technology to other cities. FTI’s current project is The Miami Mobility project, aimed at solving Miami’s transit challenges.
