Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been named exclusive leasing advisor for Centrepark, a nine-building office portfolio in Palm Beach County totaling 480,000 square feet.
A five-member Cushman & Wakefield leasing team led by Palm Beach County Managing Principal Mark L. Pateman and Managing Director Anthony Librizzi was awarded the assignment by New York-based owner Colonnade Properties, LLC.
Centrepark is an institutional-quality suburban office park comprising a mix of single-story, mid-rise and high-rise office buildings. The buildings are located at 1400, 1450 and 1475 Centrepark Boulevard; 1720 and 1801 Centrepark Drive East; 2101, 2301and 2400 Centrepark West Drive; and 1661 Worthington Road.
