Andrew Kurnit recently joined Trez Forman Capital as a Senior Originator. He is responsible for the origination of new debt and equity investments for the growing South Florida-based commercial real estate direct lender. Kurnit joined the firm following a 10-year stint in Manhattan, where he worked in various lending capacities for bulge bracket investment banks.
During his tenure in New York, Kurnit garnered extensive commercial real estate lending experience where he provided financing for private equity firms, REITs, opportunity funds and high-net-worth individuals. His previous experience included tenures at Nomura, Citi and UBS.
Kurnit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Roberto C. Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, as well as a Master in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Management and Real Estate from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
