Elliot LaBreche joins as vice president with specialty in advising Office & Industrial Occupiers

The Easton Group has hired veteran real estate professional Elliot LaBreche as a vice president. He will help the commercial real estate firm expand its Office/Industrial tenant rep. business.

Prior to joining Easton, LaBreche was an advisor at JLL in Miami. He previously worked at Cresa South Florida which JLL acquired in 2015. Much of his experience has been representing companies looking for a regional headquarters in South Florida. Clients include the Colombian government, Yamaha, Homes.com, PuppySpot.com and Arise Virtual Solutions. At The Easton Group, LaBreche will continue working with office clients, but also companies seeking industrial/warehouse space.

“Joining Easton gives me an opportunity to be a lot more entrepreneurial,” said LaBreche. “We have the ability to partner with clients to help buy and finance buildings instead of simply negotiating a lease on the tenant’s behalf. Our structure offers more flexibility for the tenant, who may want to own their building.”

The Easton Group, which specializes in owning, developing and operating commercial real estate, started an office group two years ago with the hiring of Andrew Easton who worked with LaBreche at JLL.

LaBreche was honored as a CoStar Power Broker in 2016 and was a finalist for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Broker of the Year Award earlier this year. He is also a major donor and supporter for the Make-a-Wish Foundation and graduate of the Miami Chamber’s Leadership Miami program.
