Miller, Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law, to Speak on “Employment Law: Personnel Challenges and Documentation”

David C. Miller, Esq., partner with national law firm Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (BMO) in its Miami office, will address the plenary session of the Florida Public Defender Association’s executive management winter training. His topic will be “Employment Law: Personnel Challenges and Documentation.” The training will take place Nov. 27–28 at the Regency Pier Sixty Six in Fort Lauderdale.

He will co-present with Guy Robinson, Esq., general counsel and chief of the Felony Division of the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. The two will address documenting performance and disciplinary actions: the why, the what, the how; investigating sexual harassment and EEOC complaints; and the FMLA.

Miller has spoken to the Association on several occasions.
