Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates ±32,000-SF Lease at I–595 Business Center

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a 32,400-square-foot industrial lease with Johnstone Supply at I–595 Business Center.

Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister represented owner MSG I–595, LLC in negotiating the long-term lease. Sky Groden of JLL represented Johnstone Supply in the lease negotiations.

Johnstone Supply, a subsidiary of Jacksonville, FL-based The Ware Group, is a leading independent regional wholesaler, distributor, contractor and supplier of HVAC/R equipment. The company, which has 25 locations throughout Florida and four in South Carolina, is relocating its Dania Beach operations from Broward International Commerce Center at 329 North Bryan Road.

I–595 Business Center is a ±150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, Class A industrial building currently under construction. The building is expected to be completed in August 2018. I–595 Business Center will feature extraordinary visibility from I–595, approximately four dock-high doors per bay, built-to-suit offices, an ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire safety system, 32-foot clear heights, T–5 lighting, a 6-inch reinforced slab rated to 4,000 PSI and 183 parking spaces.

The building is located immediately west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and has direct frontage on Interstate 595 at 3200 SW 30th Avenue. This location provides exceptional access to Interstate 95, Florida’s Turnpike and the west coast of Florida.
