Visiting Angels of the Palm Beaches is proud to announce that it has added Laura Annas, RN, BSN, to its management team as Director of Nursing.
Laura’s duties include overseeing the home care and companionship services provided to our Palm Beach County and Martin County clients. She will direct all quality assurance initiatives for the company, and handle agency compliance for the State of Florida. As Director of Nursing, Laura will conduct in-home client assessments, prepare the plan of care, and provide supervisory oversight.
With a depth and breadth of experience in the Home Health field as well as a hospital and medical facility environment, Laura adds an important layer of knowledge, judgement and expertise to Visiting Angels to better serve our clients. Her long and diversified career in nursing took her on a journey from Surgical Nurse to Case Manager, and from Nursing Instructor to Director of Nursing. Laura received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, and has been employed by such highly respected institutions as Good Samaritan Hospital, Bethesda Hospital, Columbia Hospital, and Keiser University.
