The driving force behind the organization’s strategic initiatives and company culture, he helped to set new company records and played a key role in growing one of the world’s leading real estate brands with sales over $95 billion in 2016.

On his way to Chief Operating Officer, Rubio also held positions including Executive Vice President for Realogy’s Global Services Division, where he was responsible for developing Sotheby’s International Realty as well as the company’s five other real estate brands including Better Homes & Gardens, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial and ERA. Earlier in his career, Rubio worked at AOL Latin America, StarMedia Networks and United Airlines.
