Lower deposits and Fannie Mae financing combine to make CANVAS one of the urban core’s most attractive new condominium purchase options

With a completion date slated for the second quarter of 2018 and over 75% of its 513 condos under contract, CANVAS, the flagship condominium of Miami’s Arts + Entertainment District, is offering a number of incentives aimed at helping Miami residents – in particular first-time homebuyers – transition into homeownership.
