Transaction of the 4,000SF+ unit ranks as the highest sale price paid for a condominium residence on Key Biscayne since 2015
EWM Realty International’s Riley Smith and Maria Loughlin of The Riley Smith Group announced today the $7,350,000 sale of 360 Ocean Drive, No. 1101S, a 4,080-square-foot condominium in the Oceana tower. The contemporary-style home, which looks directly out over the Atlantic Ocean, garnered the highest sale price of any condominium residence on Key Biscayne since 2015. The buyers, who were undisclosed, are from the U.S.
“Luxury buyers are out there, waiting on the sidelines, and they appreciate what Miami -- and Key Biscayne, in particular -- have to offer,” said Loughlin. “There’s a great deal of pent-up demand in this market. High-end buyers are looking for lucrative value as much as they are top-of-the-line features.”
Comprising four bedrooms and seven and one half-baths, the sprawling home has more than 2,000 square feet of wraparound terraces, offering sweeping views of the ocean as well as Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne and City of Miami. Full-service and amenity-rich, the Oceana tower has 500 feet of beachfront as well as a restaurant, spa, two pools, tennis courts, valet and concierge services, and a putting green.
