Marley Overman of Illustrated’s Overman Team selected to market 80-acre Windsome Farms
Illustrated Properties, a member of The Keyes Family of Companies, has announced the exclusive listing of Windsome Farms, one of the largest private farms in Wellington, for $25 million. Marley Overman of Illustrated’sWellington-based Overman Team is the listing agent.
Wellington is globally known as a focal point for the equestrian community, and Windsome Farms stands out among the village’s agricultural sites for its size, beauty, existing equestrian facilities and potential. The 13560 Indian Mound Road property totals nearly 80 contiguous acres adorned with lush landscaping and serene lakes.
Windsome Farms comprises an H-formation barn with two wide aisles, each with 26 Corton brand stalls, three wash racks and eight grooming stalls that are rubber matted with automatic water. The barn also includes two oversized storage stalls for hay and shavings, a large tack room with commercial laundry and an office, spacious owners and riders’ lounges and two one-bedroom apartments with balconies and expansive views.
For competitive riders, the property features a large grass grand prix field equipped with natural jumps and hills, along with a fiber/sand ring, rubber ring and dressage ring. A rideable track surrounds the entire perimeter of the property, joined by 19 grass turnout paddocks.
An elevated pad on the northern half of the property is cleared out for future construction of a luxury estate with its own entrance off of Indian Mound Road.
Windsome Farms Limited LLC is the owner of the property.
