Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the promotion of Shelley Whiteside to regional marketing director of the Sarasota region. In this new role, she will be leading the development and execution of regional marketing plans, media buying and corporate training for the areas she serves. Shelley covers offices from Venice Beach through Sarasota, Bradenton and the Tampa Bay regions.

“Since joining the company in September 2016 as regional marketing manager, Shelley has proved to be an invaluable asset to our team,” said Nicky Lutgert, vice president of marketing. “We are delighted to expand her leadership role in our marketing endeavors in the Sarasota region, fostering the continued growth of our firm.”

A native of Chicago, Shelley has over 15 years of experience managing the marketing and sales efforts for prominent organizations. A resident of Sarasota, her intricate knowledge of the market and breadth of experience will continue to make a positive contribution to the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty leadership team.
