Coz brings four listings totaling nearly $5.5 million with her to the firm’s Delray Beach office

Douglas Elliman Florida is pleased to announce Valerie Coz has joined the brokerage’s Delray Beach office as Senior Director of Luxury Sales. Coz joins Douglas Elliman from The Fite Group with nearly 15 years of real estate experience, specializing in the luxury residential real estate market in Ocean Ridge, Delray Beach, Gulfstream, Manalapan and Hypoluxo Island.

Prior to her time with The Fite Group, Coz was co-founder and president of SafferCoz Real Estate in Delray Beach, where she handled hundreds of transactions with both national and international clients. She is also a member of the prestigious Top Broker Forum, an elite industry organization that only includes outstanding multi-million dollar sales agents.

Coz was previously employed by American Media Inc., where she was creative director and president of the book division. ANew York Times award-winning photo editor, she has a keen eye for perfected marketing and a long business history as a top negotiator and producer of multi-million dollar results.

Having lived exclusively in seaside locations for 30 years, Coz is an expert in all phases of the Florida residential waterfront real estate market. She is active in numerous charitable and community organizations including Bethesda Hospital, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Ocean Ridge Garden Club, Delray Beach Historical Society and Impact 100.
