Land Solutions, Inc. and Lee BIA Builders Care will be surprising a deserving Fort Myers family with extensive home repairs on December 1, 2017.
In 2012, Kassandra Stafford’s sister Kathryn was involved in a fatal head on collision on Slater Road in N. Fort Myers. Both drivers were killed on impact. Each vehicle also carried a child, one of which was Kathryn’s 2-year-old son Victor. Victor survived the accident but suffered traumatic brain injuries. He is now a quadriplegic and is confined to a wheelchair. Following this life-changing tragedy, Kassandra immediately adopted her nephew when he was left with no other immediate family to care for him along with their two biological children, Tavian (9) and Jaiya (5). Between work, school and raising three children, it has been difficult for Kassandra and her husband to find the time or financial resources to address these needs.

Improvements and modifications will be completed with the help of financial contributions and donations from partner suppliers and contractors. Repairs will include a full bathroom remodel allowing for handicap accessibility, sloping the concrete entrance to the home, door widening, replacing gutters, new HVAC unit, water softening system, landscaping, and a chain length fence for the back yard.
