The new restaurant, which is celebrating its soft opening,is the second Fabrica Pizza after its downtown Tampa location launched two years ago.
Occupying nearly 2,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Hermitage Apartment Homes, Fabrica Pizza’s concept is the same as their popular Tampa location menu featuring built-to-order wood fired pizzas, salads, Italian appetizers and gelato.

The Hermitage Apartment Homes was designed to be at the heart of the dynamic downtown St. Petersburg’s Central Arts District. Situated on two acres, the eight-story building is a destination and landmark within the city, becoming further ingrained in the area’s cultural and artistic scene, and where people can relish in a live, work, play environment..

Located at 151 7th Street, The Hermitage Apartment Homes is surrounded by lush landscaping and is comprised of 348 rental units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Additionally, the development pays homage to the Hermitage Art Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, and celebrates the community with artwork by local artists showcased throughout the building’s main lobby.
The Hermitage Apartment Homes opened on May 17th. and is The Allen Morris Company’s 80th development.
