Floch has joined the firm’s Miami office as an associate where he will focus his practice on complex business litigation and antitrust law. Prior to joining the firm, Floch clerked for the Honorable James J. Brady of the Middle District of Louisiana. His tenure included extensive research and opinion drafting.

Floch received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. He is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
