Hayden received this prestigious honor based on his experience and high-level qualifications over an illustrious, 32-year legal career. As a reputable commercial litigator and international arbitrator, he serves clients in multiple jurisdictions and is widely-known for his litigative expertise in the courtroom and considerable pro-bono work. Notable clients he has represented include AT&T, Borg Warner, Banco do Brasil, Chebb Insurance, Google and SAP.
He has been ranked in Chambers & Partners since 2009 and is recognized as a leading attorney in publications such asBest Lawyers in America, South Florida Legal Guide, Florida’s Super Lawyers and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, to name a few.
