As of October 30th, the Chisholm team will be moving out of the current South Miami office to a beautiful new penthouse in the Ocean Bank Building. Located near Miami International Airport, Chisholm’s new, centrally located office space puts the team within arms reach of the hustle and bustle of the city.
“Our long-standing relationship with Ocean Bank made it possible for us to turn the office space into our ideal work place,” said Robert Chisholm, FAIA, Chairman of the Board for Chisholm Architects. “We have a history of doing great work with their team and are excited for the opportunity to call a building we are working on extensively our new home.”
Designed to be an interactive architectural design studio and work scape, the new office space offers flexible meeting areas and an expansive open plan that encourage employee interaction and innovation. With glass walls dividing some interior spaces when necessary, the open plan allows for the panoramic views of the Miami skyline to be seen in most parts of the office. The forward thinking design allows for the easy exchange of ideas within the team and with clients and will feature industrial finishes, including exposed metal A/C ductwork and electrical conduit.
