Martinez is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, specifically infringement of trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as protection of trade secrets. His practice also focuses on financial services litigation. In 2017, Martinez was elected for a four-year term to the Board of Directors of the New York University Law Alumni Association and a three-year term to the New York Alumni Association. He is a 2017 South Florida Legal Guide Top Attorney-Corporate & Business, a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (by invitation only) and the Defense Research Institute.
