IBERIABANK Corporation (NASDAQ: IBKC), the holding company of the 130-year-old IBERIABANK, has completed the operational conversion and name change of Sabadell United Bank, N.A. to IBERIABANK. On July 31, 2017, IBERIABANK Corporation acquired Sabadell United Bank, N.A. from Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Over the weekend of October 13, 2017, IBERIABANK successfully consolidated operating systems and updated branch signage to open all former Sabadell United Bank locations as IBERIABANK branches today, October 16, 2017.

We planned extensively and many experienced team members were involved to help minimize any potential client impact,” said Mario Trueba, South Florida Regional President for IBERIABANK. “Our clients will benefit from our expanded South Florida footprint and from the added resources and extensive product line that is available now that we are on the same systems.”

IBERIABANK now operates 32 branch locations in South Florida including 16 in Miami-Dade County, three in Broward County, nine in Palm Beach County and four in Monroe County. On the west coast of Florida, the former Sabadell United Bank location in Naples at Mercato is now a part of the IBERIABANK branch network in Collier County. IBERIABANK has consolidated the Downtown Sarasota office with and into the former Sabadell United Bank branch at 783 S. Orange Avenue. And the former Sabadell United Bank office in downtown Tampa at 701 N. Franklin Street has been consolidated with and into the IBERIABANK branch at 201 N. Franklin Street. IBERIABANK now operates a total of 77 branch locations and two commercial banking offices in Florida.
