As founder and former Senior Vice President of South Florida’s first real estate Sports and Entertainment Division at Opulence International Realty, Rose brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to Douglas Elliman. Rose has sold more than $100 million in real estate including the most expensive NBA player home in history, known as “King’s Palace” located at 3590 Crystal View Court, which sold for over $13 million in 2015, setting a record as the highest sale for a single family home in North Coconut Grove. Throughout her career, Rose has sold more than $30 million in the Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Prior to her time with Opulence International Realty, Rose founded her global sports and entertainment group at Miami-based ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2003. In 2010, Rose was part of the W South Beach’s in-house residential sales team, which was responsible for closing more than $125 million in sales in one year alone. She was recognized in 2012 as a top producing agent for ONE Sotheby’s, and recorded the highest priced home sale on South Beach – 70 Palm Avenue, Miami Beach – making history as the fifth largest sale in Miami-Dade County.
Consistently recognized as one of the top selling Sports and Entertainment real estate associates in the nation, Rose was previously featured in a starring role on the Style Network’s hit real estate doc-u-series “Hot Listings Miami.”
