Douglas Elliman is pleased to announce that Vanessa Maggi has joined the brokerage’s Design District office as Realtor Associate. Maggi joins Douglas Elliman from Keller Williams Realty, where she was ranked second amongst 250 agents in their Miami Shores office.

Specializing in Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood for the past five years, Maggi previously held the record for the highest waterfront sale in Miami Shores at $4.2 million. Prior to her position at Keller Williams Realty, Maggi was an associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate where she was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2013 and received their “International Diamond Society Award” based on sales volume. A resident of Miami Shores for more than 15 years, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
Before beginning her career in the real estate industry, Maggi was the publisher of Vogue for Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic markets for more than 12 years. She utilizes her advertising, marketing and sales experience to accurately market and position each of her listings.
