Sandra Masis Named Director of Sales for Miami's Elysee Condominium

South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development has named Sandra Masis as director of sales for Elysee Miami, a 57-story luxury condominium tower set to rise at788 NE 23rd Streetin Downtown Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood. As one of the top-producing realtor executives at Cervera Real Estate, Miami’s leading brokerage firm for condominium sales, Masis benefits from more than 13 years of local and international real estate market expertise. In her new role as sales director, Masis will work as a close liaison between Elysee’s developers and lead Cervera’s in-house sales team for the high-end 100-unit boutique-style project.

Among her many accomplishments, Masis earned Cervera’s “Top Producer Super Broker Sales Award” for her achievements in sales at a Miami condominium project where she successfully completed more than $83 million in sales. Masis’ work ethic has earned her more than just the title of “Super Broker.” She belongs to Cervera’s President’s Circle: Top Producer Club and she has also received the firm’s 2011 Astronaut Award, the first-place award for top producer development sales in 2013 and 2016.

Masis received a BA degree in Liberal Arts from FIU. After graduating from college, she worked as a financial representative with Principal Financial Group, where she received the Series 7 License and intensive sales training which has helped her immensely in her real estate career. Born in Nicaragua, Masis has lived in Miami for over 20 years and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Elysee offers expansive three- to five-bedroom half-floor residences measuring between 2,300 and 4,000 square feet in size.
