Sentry has supported associations in the Ocala area for decades out of the nearby Tavares office and manages 20 communities currently in Marion and Southern Alachua Counties. “We are seeing a growing need for association management services in the area,” says Bradley Pomp, President of Sentry Management. “There has been a lot of new development occurring in the area to accommodate the nearly 20,000 new residents who have arrived since 2010.”

Wendy has been a portfolio manager for eight years and has managed HOA’s, COA’s and Commercial Maintenance Associations. In 2016, Wendy earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI)—a very sought-after level of professionalism and knowledge of the industry.
