Mark Wade and Paul Licata offer full-service property management for South Florida communities

A new company, helmed by well-known business leaders is about to make its mark on Southeast Florida. Jupiter based Triton Property Management offers full-service management for community associations in south Florida. Founders Paul Licata and Mark Wade bring more than three decades of experience in all levels of service to the formation of Triton Property Management.

Wade, former President with one of South Florida’s largest property management companies, Seacrest Services, Inc., oversaw exponential growth during his tenure including the expansion into new territories, investment in innovative systems and the creation of customer service related infrastructure. Building up the company from $6 million to more than $30 million in revenues a year, and overseeing more than 600 employees, Wade realized there was still room for improvement within the property management industry.

Working hand in hand with Wade, Licata who served as Vice President of Sales and Development, was a key component to the company’s success. While keeping the Associations needs as the main priority, Licata was the driving force behind the innovative resources that set the company apart. Licata’s past decades of experience with service industry training enabled him to expand the knowledge and offerings of the team to bring the company’s rankings to #1 in service and consistently in the South Florida’s Business Journals top 10 in company revenue and growth year over year.

“Paul and I are thrilled to bring Triton Property Management to Southeast Florida communities. Our focus has always been on hands on ownership for our clients. How can we more efficiently and effectively provide quality services to our communities? What technologies are available to better streamline the management process and ensure our clients get the best solutions in the industry? That is what Triton is all about,” says Wade.

“Through our decades of hands-on experience, and direct client relations, Mark and I understand what our clients need,” continued Licata. “Whether it is a management, accounting, maintenance, landscaping, or capital project, we have the knowledge and resources to meet the needs of our communities. Even more than that, we are able to tailor our services to best fit our clients’ needs.”

While Licata and Wade are renowned in the property management industry, they are equally known within the communities in which they serve. Wade has served as the President of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast, which offers numerous programs to encourage business leadership within the area’s youth. He also supports the Rotary and Quantum House. Raised in Ireland, Mark moved to the U.S. when he was 10 years old and currently lives in Hobe Sound with his wife, Julia, and two children, Peyton and Colin.

Licata has served on the Executive Board of Directors of the Southeast Florida Apartment Association, Board of Directors of both the Florida Apartment Association and National Apartment Association, the Communications Committee of Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, and supports both Junior Achievement and the Quantum House. He attended college at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. Currently, Paul lives in Boynton Beach with his wife, Beth, and son, Lorenzo.

Among its list of services, Triton Property Management will provide full service property management, accounting, landscaping, maintenance, and janitorial. To learn more about Triton Property Management, please visit www.tritoncam.com or call (561) 250-6565.
