Camilo Miguel, Jr. CEO and Founder of Mast Capital Purchased The Coco Plum Home

Residential real estate agent Belinda Sime represented seller Monica Marcano in the sale of a Coral Gables luxe home located at 6935 Prado Boulevard in Coral Gables.

The home, which is situated on a 29,578-square-foot lot nestled in the highly-secured Coco Plum enclave, was purchased for $4.6 million by Camilo Miguel, Jr., CEO and Founder of Mast Capital. The sale closed September 28.

The 2001-built property boasts 6,848 square feet of living space on 75 feet of water and features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, situated on .68 acres, according to Miami public records. Designed by Ramon Pacheco, the home features a movie theater, elevator, summer kitchen, high coffered ceilings, a waterfront pool, 3-car garage, a 60kw backup Generator and 350 gallon diesel tank, video security system, and staff quarters. EWM’s Judy Zeder represented Mr. Miguel in the transaction.

The two-story, single family home last sold for $4,500,000 in 2013.

The sale comes on the heels of another deal in which Belinda Sime represented the buyer in the $17,255,000 purchase of a Coral Gables mansion located at 181 Leucadendra Drive in Coral Gables. Sime represented buyers Dr. Jorge and Yanin Acevedo in the transaction, which closed in May. The two-story, single family home, built in 2004, last sold for $15,835,000 in 2012.
