New space located next door to site of luxury residential project in Sunny Isles Beach

Verzasca Group has opened a brand-new sales center for Aurora Sunny Isles Beach as the developer prepares to break ground on the luxury residential project.

The 2,000-square-foot new sales center is located at 17600 Collins Avenue, strategically positioned next to the construction site. Work on Aurora began on Sept. 21 with demolition of the original sales center to clear the site for vertical construction.

Groundbreaking is expected at the end of October. The date of the ceremony will be announced in the next few weeks.

At the new sales center, prospective buyers and real estate brokers have the opportunity to see the project materialize in real time, in addition to viewing scale models, renderings and videos of Aurora. The space includes multiple conference rooms for meetings with Director of Sales John Warsing and the Aurora team.

Aurora is the first project to be developed on the west side of Collins Avenue – or A1A – in more than a decade. A groundbreaking ceremony is slated for early August.

The project is more than 50 percent sold, with buyers coming from all over the world.

In May, Aurora announced the sale of 5,382 square feet of ground-floor commercial real estate at the luxury residential project to an international investor for $5.5 million – or about $1,022 per square foot.
